Hi Ganeshsir, AM & RP,

Thanks for the wonderful words on this image.
Yes, the prominent dot in the bottom is the pole star here.
This image was teken with 8mm fish-eye lens; keeping the lend parallel to the sky in upward direction on a full frame camera at 8mm, thus I get the circle here.
I had posted posted one of such image of night sky from Ladakh in the past.

loved the trails around the star too and the 'globe' effect it adds. wonderful image, a visual delight...tfs!
