Ashok, please read this link to know how to insert an image inline using img code. For that you need to have the image at some place on the net. Alternatively you may post the image to illustration forum and share the link to it from here. If you need help please let me know.
BnW makes to concentrate on the main subject thinking that I convert it, now after seeing your opinion the colour version looks better as very less colour distraction
