The Hand of God!
"The streams are drying out, the ice is melting in the poles, temperatures are soaring, creatures are vanishing faster than ever, the blue planet is becoming RED!

Whats happening here?? "

This image gave me the feel that God is asking these questions to us! What we have made to this beautiful planet!

The way the branch shaped itself resembled the hand where the three major branched out parts gave me the feel of the fingers with the bend of the main trunk forming the palm! May be I am imagining too much!! You have to let me know...

And by the way... those two are spotted owlets :)

Lovely image Ashwin. Nice light & especially liked the curving branch on which the owls are seated. Inclusion of the lit foliage on the bottom-left adds to the balance. Might underexpose the frame by about 1/3-rds or half stop.

Dude, I have a similar frame in my files, but never thought about it so much!

This is just fantastic and beyond my words. What makes this image for me is **not** the pixels but the words that you have put in here and the presentation as a whole. Many a times the adage - "picture is worth a thousand words" fails and all that matters is the description that makes the image dramatic.

This image is over the top of the list of images made by you! My favorite so far :)

PS: Only nit for my taste buds is, wish you could have avoided the bush at the bottom left corner of the frame..

Hats off Ashwini, its looking like hand as you saw. Nice feelings to this image and wot u imagined is delivered. I wouldnt too much advice on making things perfect as most good things in life are not perfect. I hope you understand. :)

Nice image Ashwin - it is all in how one sees. Though I spent 3 mornings there I never thought about this interesting perspective. You have pulled it of beautifully. Thanks for sharing.

You just took me out in thoughts for some time with this image. Probably i would pick up a few words from the people above and try to convey what i am feeling
Firstly: "Look with your eyes and see with your mind" - You have made this possible with this
Secondly: "Picture is worth thousand words" - The description of of the image just makes it an overall winner.
I too second Pramod that this is one of your best creation in your kitty.
