Claude Monet

Crucial to the art of the Impressionist painters was the understanding of the effects of light on the local colour of objects, and the effects of the juxtaposition of colours with each other.[57] Monet's long career as a painter was spent in the pursuit of this aim……………………..
Monet repeatedly painted the same subject in different lights, at different hours of the day, and through the changes of weather and season

I noticed Monet uses the Red and Blue hue to denote depth and bring out the effect of season and light on forms and landscape. I had attempted this before with clouds. Here I found a classic landscape replicating how Monet would have seen it. The brown grass the green and the distant blue. With some grains added and soft focus I thought this was a tribute to Monet

Raj,
I bumped into this video while surfing randomly. Nothing special, just thought you would be interested.

Thanks Aditya. Interesting one. Points to note is how he needs to be a the scene like a photographer. But important learning is how he repeatedly looks at the scene may be I need to slow down and look at the situation more closely ( not possible in certain types of photography ) . Lastly I did like the quality of he film and feeling of light . Thanks for sharing

Interesting, Raj!
Monet repeatedly painted the same subject in different lights, at different hours of the day, and through the changes of weather and season

This will be interesting in photography. How often do we get such opportunities.

Prashanth
