Art is about what is inside rather than what is outside

From this image I remember Ganesh Chaturti decorations night in my native my uncle use to design by cutting a color papers to stick them. We use to try the same but at last we design something like this when we don't get perfect design.... This image similar what we did in childhood .
Loved this Ravi sir

I would have liked one or two insects in any one of those white splashes :)
And all of the patches connected, as the last three.

Very intriguing image. An insect would have been icing on the cake.

Art of nature! I think excluding left part of the leave would have added further? Presenting it as a just vertical pano strip? Just thinking...

Thank you all! Feels good to see different takes on this pic.

RD & Aditya - Totally agree with you on insect adding to the frame. I am making it as practice nowadays to spend more time shooting one subject rather than looking for many subjects. I got one very good result for my patience out of 3 instances. I will post both failed and successful pics in coming days and reference this point.

Ganesh - I tried many compositions(Infact i had taken onfield inputs from RD & Vikas by sharing the images with them using camera wifi ) It finally became difficult to choose one or two among them ;) I will share couple of them in Illustration forum.

Like a drawing by innocent and aesthetic hands depicting flame, flowers, hope, purity, and spiritual longing.....! A pictorial poem on LIGHT and FLAME portraying rising consciousness.....! A Zen Poem.....!

Nice work, Ravi! These little things usually go unnoticed, you've done well here. For some reason I like this version compared to others.
