"Dressed Ore"
Made this image at first light in TG Halli backwaters near Bangalore.. 'Searching' for different and unique composition is always difficult for me. This is an attempt towards the same. Breaking rules is extremely tough!! Not sure if this image suits your taste...

Just the levels and sharpening. Cropped 16:9 for 'balance'. I am happy with colors and contrast that is rendered in the foreground.
I like to call it 'dressed ore' as I feel I have done some cleaning up in terms of composition ;-). I love landscape photography off late and just a bit of 'scape' concept here.

Thanks for looking and would love to know your views..

An interesting composition here Pramod. Beautiful colors of calm water nicely balances the composition. Some more definition on the egret would further add to the image. Thanks for sharing..

Looks very artistic. This is true golden light and the golden hue on the white Egret adds well to the image. But my only nit is the border. Its too prominent and big. I liked the border less version on INW better. Also how about pushing the egret down by 10-15 pixels lower? Kinda get the feeling the Egret is stooping down to avoid getting hit on the head, ;)
