Very contrasting setting here Madhav ! Continuous composition (without the break/shadow of the edge of the tree) would have added a lot I guess. Thanks for sharing..

Wow! a very interesting composition of an interesting subject. I liked the feel of the soft fruit (or a bunch of flower?) against the hard dead wood...a beautiful contrast, presented very well. thanks for sharing...

Lovely composition.... The flower is of `Kadamba tree-Anthocephalus cadamba' ( As per literature-its favorite tree of Lord shri Krishna)

Hi Madhav,
The dead tree you referred to is so powerful it looks like the hand of god. Great seeing. The dark part towards top left can be lifted a bit.
Thanks for sharing

Madhav,

Very beautiful subject and a nice attempt. I personally feel that the composition can be lot bettered. I am not too sure about the exact conditions that you were shooting but if you had close access to the flower and a convenient position to rest your tripod comfortably ( if you use a tripod), you could have got a bit closer to the flower and would have preferred a tighter composition to place the flower at the strong point in the frame.

Nevertheless a nice attempt towards seeing things differently! :)
