Amar, Like the presentation here and you idea of going in for a vertical pano.
Would love to see a larger image to enjoy the beauty of the image better.

Hi Amar,
This image tries to sort of defamiliarize the familiar and creates an independent visual out of that. Our eye is trained in the direction of our writing which is from left to right. This image requires the eye to be de-trained for this fresh visual. It's like a chinese landscape painting which is usually vertical, maybe again due to the fact that chinese used to be written from top to bottom (?). Very good attempt and very bold too for you've sacrificed a larger part for the sake of this visual which is different and tries to break the hierarchy of seeing. The title should not have been the name of the locale for it tries to limit the freedom of this visual.
Thanks for sharing and daring!

This is fine image, I like the tonality and colors here. You mention it is stitched from six vertical frames, how were the frames aligned top to bottom or across. I would have preferred a muted frame so that the eyes could lead to the foreground and the snow capped mountain. Very lovely setting indeed.
