Image Description:: Well, while we have people welcoming winter, I am posting here bidding farewell to the rainy season.

This shot was made during the last torrential downpour of this season, earlier this month in Bandipur. It was a full moon that night, the clouds were unrelenting but light still managed to peak through from the thick blanket. It was dark and hopeless most of the time, but when the clouds parted and light shone through, it was magic !! I guess that's what Diwali signifies at the end of the day. Light will, eventually win over the Darkness and Good will eventually win over the Bad, and realizing that is what "Enlightenment" all about.
