Golden Lining
I was on a compound wall at Adithya Biloor's home (he doesn't know that ;) ), anticipating a dramatically colorful sunrise. The early signs were very positive and I was poised to capture the colorful mood of the morning with the forest in the foreground. There were thin line of clouds in the horizon and good cluster of low level clouds were passing by. The horizon did go deep red, but the Sun didn't open up. But as he was slowly going up, one of the layers of the low level clouds started shining from his early morning red glow...giving this Golden Lining...

This is amazingly beautiful Ashwini. The diagonal red flanked by the dark clouds is looking simply awesome. Nature has so much of expressions all around and it is only for us to unearth the treasure.

Man these are some of the type of images i love to see of the sky, clouds and sunrise than the usual stereotype ones.
Any chance of avoiding that dark patch on the bottom right ?
I guess this will look & feel good in any orientation :)

Wow, just love this one, Ashwini; looks like the after-burn of a jet plane! Incredible contrast in the two tones and lovely composition. A very simple and graphic image, this. TFS.

There is no royal road to geometry! Thats what Euclid once said. But if you ask me the road to geometry is in Nature! I am correlating your patterns image with this image. When this has a perfect diagonal the other had perfect spheres. Both classic geometrical subjects. Well composed and lovely visualization here.
