The texture of the image is impressive so as the light here. But as you have rightly said it lacks in the definition. But a unique image in the sense that I have not observed this behavior till that day!
from the thumbnail, i thought this was image of bark of a tree trunk. lovely image & the vultures look like tiny butterflies. very unique & i liked everything in this image except for harsh contrast in the cliff (at places) - little tough on my eyes. placement of the vultures in the frame is very nice & the fact that they look so tiny in the frame + all exhibiting same behaviour makes it interesting.
i might be tempted to crop off a little portion from the left of the frame (just about 5mm or so) which would remove the protruding small green bush on top-left-corner.
This is has a different feel, I wish you could move in a bit closer. But I like it as shown here as well. Never thought of shooting the vultures like this. They can be seen in this perspective in Bandhavgarh as well.
Lovely perspective Ganesh. I liked the freshness in the image in terms of perspective. I've been to Ramanagar and I've not "seen" this I tool agree on the closeness. If you were closer, I think it could have been more dramatic.
