Morning raga
Feeling sorry for being away from the forum for quite some time, thanks to my busy days which are thankfully ended finally!

This image was made in Kazi during the winter last year. I was on the back of an elephant amidst an elephant grassland. This flock was quite busy in flying around and collecting/eating some seeds among the grass.

Loved the selenium tone and above all could feel the morning mood flow in my veins Ashwini. Some images cant be described in adjectives, they only need to melt in the mind. This is surely one of them.

Beautiful ! Blurred flock makes an image for me. How does it look in it's natural colours (or is it natural tone?)

Thanks friends!
@Shankar - This is a monochrome converted image. In the natural tone greens of the grass were not gelling well with the yellowish glow of the mist. As the sun was rising from our left the mist was getting bright glow. The shades of green and yellow were taking the attention slightly away from the flock. Hence I decided to go monotone on this one. Thanks for your views.

Don't feel sorry Ashwin, exams are important :)

Nice moody image here. Regarding the B&W conversion, I tend to think the bluish tone and "morning" seem to be in conflict - may be neutral tone would have added ? Love those gently blurred wings - I think 1024pixels may do better justice. Thanks for sharing

Thanks Ganesh. Yes, bigger looks better. I had tried black and white but it dint give the required mood to the image, for my taste. The bluish feel is adding better than the black and white for me. Thanks for your views however.
