Sure, 600mm has a place in artistic imagery too :)
Krish, not sure whether you used Antique plate of Silver FX which some how seem to give digital art look to me :) I would also try plane conversion with increased contribution from green channel to emphasize those leaves and some toning. Thanks for sharing..

The white vignetting certainly brings prominence to the creeper. Might increase the contrast on the leaves a bit more.
