Nice perspective. Loved the natural radial blur you've obtained in this image.
Also liked the one or two sharp strands appearing out of blur (OOF regions) in the left half of the image.

looks like some fire work display in slow shutter speed....i liked the composition by off centering the flower....the vignetting is bringing focus into the center of the flower....

very interesting perspective and puzzling play of dof, swaheel. love the way it pushes viewer to that exploding area.
