Feeding time
For this image I used the Lensbaby, this lens with its selective point focus is not easy to shoot, the point of focus being very small and tends to shift with every small movement it is difficult to get desired type of shots. This was further compounded by the breeze which may the web to sway. I focussed at one point and clicked as and when the spider came to that point aided by the breeze. Full frame.Must say the Lensbaby makes ordinary images memorable.

Beautiful selective focus here. Nice placement of the spider too. Wish it was facing into the frame. Was it possible to shoot by providing space onto the right ...? That could avoid the vertical whitish band on the left of the current frame.

An interesting perspective VMR! Limited dof makes it interesting. I think a bit more sharpness in the highlighted area of the spider along with increased contrast in the frame may add to this image. But getting sharpnes in the challenging situations like this is much harder. Also opening up the darker region in the spider may be tried. Looks like it has caught some thing ?

A fantastic pic here. A little more sharpness on the subject would have made this look even more beautiful.
