The Grip
I made this image at outskirts of Bangalore. This is a slightly cropped version of a bonnet macaque baby clinging onto its mother. The baby was very small and though out my stay at this place where i shot this image - noticed that the baby was not willing to let away its mother. I wanted to show the bondage this kid had with its mother in this presentation. Please let me know if i could have shot or presented it in a different way.

Beautiful visualization here Shiv !! I love the very creatively portrayed another emerging life there ! Couple of things my eyes seek for in this image - some more stronger visual clues about the baby - may be just an eye popping up - Too much to ask for? :) I would also sharpen this image a bit, looks soft on my screen (couple of months since I have calibrated my screen nevertheless). Nice unique perspective here !!

Nice image Shiva. The bondage between child and the mother is well portrayed here. Somehow when I look at those tiny hands, the eyes are distracted by the hairs on the left of the hands. Not sure if you can compose it in a different way. That apart, superb seeing here!

superb visualization and work here. The grip is very well exposed. The translucent skin gives the feeling of fragility which is contrasted by the strong grip!
Do agree with Pramod. The hair above the grip are a bit distracting. Lovely image overall.
