I initially thought this was a zoom burst (before reading your input). Liked that effect as if the flowers are jumping out from the centre.
A very fine usage of lens baby. I often struggle using lens baby - being unable to balance the radial blur appropriately, but this is some fine work.
Do you have other composition wherein the radial blur also extends (at least) a little bit to the left (keeping the rest similar to as it is now).

Kaushik, this is a full frame, I don't have one with the blur on the left side in this particular frame, but I have another one in which the blur extends to the left as well.
