Horn - Perspective
I wanted to remove the 3D depth of this scene as much as possible to make it look more 2D so I have processed it this way. I liked the fur textured bg and how it supports the gaur's horn as a canvas.

note: no ps filters are used here, just tow blended layers, curves and B/W coversion

A very unique perspective Das. The image makes think beyond what is literally portrayed here and it seem to have an artistic abstraction for my taste buds. Well seen and made. Thanks for sharing.

Subha, this is truly a gem. I do not know how I missed this one earlier, an extreme signature of artistic mind, thought and execution written all over this image. Love how the subtle soft tones on the gaur's horn leads the eye into the depth of shades filled with the right amount of texture. Brilliant in one word, I think this image deserves much more comments, much accolades and in opinion should be good candidate for the image of the year in CNP. :).

When I saw the thumb, I was wondering if the background was water! Beautifully portrayed Das!
