The movement is so powerful it gives me vertigo looking at it for a few seconds.

This image has mountains, snow, water, moving camera during exposure, etc etc etc ...
In simple this image was made during the first day of my trip to Spiti last year. The first part of our trip esp the route from Manali to Kaza was washed out with snow storms and the only thing what we could see in front of us from the vehicle was color white. At a small streach during the last bit of the journey to kaza there was this streach of land in which we could see some other colors ie brown of the soil and mountains. One sample exposure which went haywire due to low ISO and shallow aperture and i knew what i wanted from this bit of journey. So for the next 30-45 mins kept on playing with compositions and shutterspeeds and various type of camera movement during exposure until i got few frames which had a balance of snow and the rocks which gave balanced frame. One thing is its not that easy or fun to do this esp when you know its snowing and its damn cold and you have kept the glass open in the car and there are other people in the car who are complaining about my stupidity of doing something crazy like this.
But with results like this am ready to take the blame any given day.
