Mood of the grassland
Late in the evening at central zone in Kazi we use to gather to watch the spectacular display of starlings. The grassland was burning (controlled), the mood was special and was difficult to translate that to 2 dimensional world of photographs...

Moody shot. The tree seems to be fighting a lone battle. Birds in contrast have taken flight. Almost like a war scene. Liked it

Simply magical sir . loved the noise, the definition, the composition and the PP.
Despite the chaos and destruction, the tree brings a sense of calm and control to the image.

Nice Image Ganesh, do I see some pixels bursting on the top of the frame ? Or is it appearing like that due to the smoke ?

Very lovely image Ganesh .. but not too sure if the Intentional noise is adding to the image ? :(
The top 4/5th of the image is what coveys the mood the most to me.

Fabulous story-telling image, Ganesh! The starlings make this a very powerful image. So nice to see this in larger size than the one you posted on Facebook. I'd love to see a version without the added noise as well. Thank you for sharing this.

Marvelous!! What an execution and handling! Loved the grainy feel and the tonality. Amazing result. A masterstroke.

Superb one Ganesh, great processing. This is again one of the images that will stay on my mind for long.

I personally feel that square format would work better avoiding bit of top and botton.
