This is my first here.Like everyone i will start by saying " i dont know if this can be called a creative image" :)
Liked the perch here which is a huge fallen tree and liked the early morning light on the face of the owl..
Many times nature itself provides such seemingly different opportunities..Only thing i did was click :).
Would love to know your thoughts.
Only Cropping ,sharpening ,border done as PP.

Btw the owl is probably the most photographed Brown fish owl in the world..Taken in BRT,karnataka.

Welcome to CNP Raghavendra, it is really a great opening image, the placement of the owl is so indicative of its predatory existence, I would have cloned the green on the top and then the frame would be of a similar color palette. I would also mute down the tree stem right behind the owl.

Welcome to CNP Raghavendra !

Coming to your question about creativity - such questions came up in past and we have a thread and an answer here!

Back to the image, what makes this image for me is the boulder infront (curvature of it to be specific) and the bird behind it. I would attempt at visually decreasing importance of the rest of the elements in the frame may be by cropping a few pixels off from left or recomposing to predominently include the boulder and the bird. Love that one eye too which seem to intensify its character. Overall a nice image - thanks for sharing..

Welcome to CNP Raghavendra.
Very nice image to start your innings with. :) I particularly liked the placement of the bird and your courage to put the huge tree trunk as the dominating subject in the frame. That is really adding to the image and it is what is making the image feel different! The partially lit face of the bird and its one eye is creating a different drama here. Thanks for sharing. Looking ahead for more of your creations.
