In a rainforest, every time the Sun manages to find its way through the canopy, it leaves tiny things in its path aglow..
I love photographing these luminous, back-lit leaves :)

This works like a magic Radha compared to the other image of the leaves you posted. I think the one and half circle there adds a lot of uniqueness there. Just black background would not have cut it I guess. So retain those circles ! Thanks for sharing..

I am not sure about the other one Radha - I felt some simplification would have helped there - may not be much though. But go with your gut feeling, we all look at images from our eyes and mind. Just my honest critical views - hope you don't mind..

Likes this one. The two sizes gives it depth. Color is rich. Exposure is critical here and well handled. meter can get easily confused.

Art is about what is inside rather than what is outside

Yes, this is working very nice, actually ganesh already said what I have in mind, so will ditto him. Now, let's think of doing something more with these kind of frames :-), what else is possible ? Don't worry, you do not need to answer this, just think. You have chosen a very unique and interesting subject for photography which are leaves. Fantastic actually, I was trying to enter your mind myself and wondering if I need to work on leaves then what would I do ? What would I show ? This image here is definitely a good possibility, what else can be done ? I would be waiting with a lot of interest to see your thoughts, your approach. Am learning here. Thanks for sharing.

Would love to have a large print on my wall, nothing like coming back home and looking at this print which has got so much positive energy. I will not add other than what Ganesh and Nilanjan have said. This week I see some very refreshing views from very different photographers. Nice to see you in that new lot.

starting with the title, going on to the thumbnail and then to the full blown image, i love this post. as vijay said - it is so positive. and there is a lovely strand of a web that tells a story that goes beyond the leaves and into the surroundings. lovely, radha!

@Rajkumar - thank you!

@Nilanjan - thank you, was delightful to read your comment :) leaves fascinate me and I have been trying to photograph them in different ways for a long time.. I will try and think more on how I can get better at this, thanks again for your feedback!

@Vijay - thank you, thank you! I hadn't seen this image the way you did, about positive energy :)

@Arati - thank you girl! While processing the image, my focus was excessively on that single strand of web, I didn't want to lose it while adjusting levels.. glad to know that it didn't go unnoticed :)
