I really love this one, I think the narrow funneling and the shadows behind are working very well visually.

cropping a few pixels for the left and burning a bit of the white patch in the top left corner will make the image a perfect symmetrical image....the funneling effect would be more reinforced by this....excellent image though....

Am not sure if this is going to make any sense or not, today while seeing the image I think Praveen has hit on the nail, his suggestion would lead to an image which will take the funnel into further darkness. That should make the image more thoughtful you know, the path where the snail rests either appearing from darkness to light or the darkness behind the snail would represent the unknown, uncertainty. I might be over imagining :-), but it feels good you know Samyak.

Lovely pic! Praveen's suggestion is great... Also do share if you have a pic where the snail is aligned straight and walking towards us (and away from the darkness). Superb image!!!

The DOF is perfect Samyak,Love the angle of the shot, agree with praveen on the symmetry and the burning.
