The Inner Soul
After about 170 trys I got one picture which turned out close to what I had in mind, do not know how it appeals to the viewers taste buds. I wanted the flower to be seen through a water drop with the actual flower in the BG, and presented as a blurr.
I can still see lots of room for improvement like a better definition of the leaf (which is also a tad over exposed in my shot), or choosing a more interesting anchor for the water drop, and of course getting better details of the flower in the water. But this is just my first attempt at capturing this classic subject and as always would love to hear the "views".

Harsha you are really pushing the bar here, I must say to convert what you have seen into an image is a task in itself, I like what I see only nit would be if only the leaf was'nt so hot

Thanks VMR :) I did not notice the leaf getting over exposed while making this picture (was concentrating more on getting the water to focus on the flower) By the time I had realized it was too late, I had moved the flower around and the light was also gone. So could not get another attempt at it. May be tomorrow I will have better luck
