Loved this perspective of highlighting movement due to the wind. The background colours are unique.
I might be greedy to ask maybe would add if one had a few stars / a sliver of moon

It made to search for a few pixels of visual anchor in the frame, may be that would have made me feel the strong wind? Is this because i felt the wind physically? May be

Dinesh, I agree with you on the stronger anchor point. I thought the anchor here has to be swaying grass since I was focusing on portraying the wind. Difficulty was, if I emphasize the grass the motion of the grass depicting the wind gets diluted. If I don't do it, swaying grass is a feeble anchor. Increasing the brightness/contrast of the highlight region would add emphasize the grass but then it kills the mood. Over all a tough processing decision..

this time of the day is magical. to me, magic always has an element of purple and yellow. it goes back to a memory from my childhood, that of "Malevolent" the thwarted fairy from The Sleeping Beauty. That magic is captured here.

I feel this image has an anticipation to it. like something will happen next, something will come into focus... what, is left to interpretation, imagination.

Liked the title "Portrait of wind" which is very original. A fine effect of wind on grass. One can related very much having been there and experinced the wind at an height of 4200ft. Depiction of two natural elements at their best.

The titans are back and the filed is alive once more. O gosh I missed you guys at CNP. It was so quiet for four days and now suddenly so many great images in one day!! This one's beautiful. The title portrait of wind sets the mood for this shot. To my mind this shot would look better against a lighter canvas. Somehow I associate wind with lightness. deep colors here make it a bit heavy. Just my thoughts.
