This image sends a strong message of 'communication', may be you could try flipping the image upside-down which in my opinion would convey a more stronger message. Nonetheless, great seeing here.

Of all the tadpoles posted on CNP this one takes the cakes :) As Raj says "The position and orientation of the solitary one has been nicely spotted". sacrificing some color at the bottom could help.

Perhaps Dinesh, ( Arrogance as you call it ) .. A stark black & white square :) ... as for Identity.. id identify with that chap as the ugly duckling :) heh heh.. just my 2 cents.
