Class! The far end focus along with the horizontal lines make the image for me. A larger version would appeal more I guess.

The horizontal lines has helped the far end focus work here.. The front blurred section is not distracting to the eye but directs the vision of the viewer to the focused birds, I think the horizontal lines has helped the cause by breaking the monotone. May be this image wouldn't have impressed me as a viewer if the horizontal lines were absent, thanks to those and thanks to you
