Shankar, interestingly we could see some 20-30 flamingos forming a team, and then marched all around the place with their head held high, the heads were turning right and left continuously, there feet movement was in a marching pattern. Praveen and me initially thought that they formed a team to dig up the ground to bring the algae and other microbes they feed on to the surface. Later, I heard this was like a mating ritual march. They often spread their wings straight while standing and what a lovely scene that was. Praveen has a lovely frame like that. It was a life time experience
. Very nice image Praveen.
