Gashes and blood
Been away for a while, busy with my relocation: came back here and found that this forum has stayed just as creative, if not better .
Thank you for all the inspiration !

Hi Sandeep,
It's a characteristic springtime bloom with hope blossoming on tips. Beautifully presented. Why you chose the title "Gashes and blood"...
Thanks for sharing

Thank you Nirlep.
The branches running crisscross along the white to me resembled gashes, from which drops of blood (flowers) were sprouting.
:) Now that it required explaining makes me wonder, did i go overboard with the analogy? :-s

like the lovely oriental feel here, sandeep. sprouts of scarlet against white are so captivating. just wish bulbul's beak was in better position.

regards.

Sandeep, red on white works well. I think flow from frame to frame could have been smoother ? Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Ganesh. Till you mentioned, that thought didnt cross my mind, that the pictures look a little chunky. Would 2-1-3 order have been better?

A very nicely done triptych! It immediately reminded me of one of Jesse Speer's images:- https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... =3&theater
