A friend of mine posted this comment on my blog when i posted this image on my blog this morning ...

sunsaan registaan mein akela khada tha
suraj ki kirano se khel raha tha
koi mujhe bhi dehke kuch aisa maine chaha tha
kanta samajh ke mujhko par duniya ne thukrayaliya tha

mujhe bhi chitrakar ne khoobsurat banaya hai
dharti ke iss sune kone mein sajaya hai
ab yakeen hai mujh par bhi uss khuda ka saya hai
tabhi teri nazroon ne mujhe duniya tak pauchaya hai

A fine creation here Shiv. A nice poem to go with too :)

I think there is another dimension you can explore here. How about making mind toggle between the blurred rays on the edges in the back and the plant in front ? Or in other words increasing the visual weight of those lines at back ? If that touches your senses you may try doing that by keeping the plant a bit softer !!

Like the play of light. Shiv you may want to try B n W. Will keep the viewer focused on the light and texture. you can bring out the sand in shadows also well . Good work
