I love those streaks, the tone the feel of the revolving world here very much Ashwini. I am imagining the bottom part revolving in the direction opposite to the one on the top....it is depicting a story of time in my mind :-).

Nice image Ash - my eye not able to get out of the attention in the centre of the frame. Love to know your thoughts and mainly about the image.

"I am imagining the bottom part revolving in the direction opposite to the one on the top" very interesting observation Nilanjan!
The image was made during sunset and the streak is the Sun. I deliberately placed it at the center of the image to give it a kind of anchor point. For me without that the eyes would wander around and the impact would be less. These are my thoughts and I am not sure how many would agree :-)

Hi Ashwin,
What makes it for me is the rippling effect in top and bottom halves. What are those forms in the middle?
Thanks for sharing

Thanks Nilanjan and Nirlep for your views.

The forms in the middle are dead trees standing the water.I liked their ghost-like feel in the image.

A fine image here Ashwin. I think you can use this very effectively to express several emotions. I am imagining trace of a person on the left corner (like the trees in the middle) looking at those revolutions..
