Prasenjit I have been coming back to this image again and again, this is a lovely creation. I was wondering, if this would have been a tight crop of only the flower and the mantis, it should hold attention more easily, right now I feel there are too many elements in the frame pulling one eyes away from the mantis and the flower.

this made me literally laugh out loud....after I clicked on the image....I do agree that a nice close crop would draw the looker in faster and hold their attention, but...I actually love that you haven't done that. Leaving the image like this (for me) give it such a feeling of vastness, from the mantids perspective, that it makes me stop and think about how those creatures around us..whom we study and view...must really see the world. Amazing capture! stunning colors and bokeh...well done!

cheers
