what a lovley gift for the festival season coming up... just loved the various layers that one looks through, soft criss crossing radiating grass stalks, the subtle muted tone variations, the upright flowerbud, the dew drops in focus and out of focus, and the butterfly wrapping it all up.. the sheerness of it all.. takes my breath away.. thank you Ganesh

This is a lovely creation. The butterfly and the dew drop keep you hooked on the left side of the portion. The rhythmic drop of the grass blades with dew drops on it adds so much to this.
The flower bud on right rises from such shallow DOF to come to life along side a butterfly and probably waiting for one to come to it.
With these two together, the photograph represents the wait and reception at the same time. TFS.

Ganesh you've weaved such magic with butterfly images! Each one has a different strand to it. This one is made special by blades of grass criss-crossing oof dew drops. There are very subtle presences which water-mark the canvas.
Thanks for sharing

You know what is the beauty of this image Ganshi ? Every single element in the image, be it the blob of the stray light or the strands holding the flower appears so necessary for the image. It feels like you have carefully placed them. Just nothing seems to be like a chord out of place, this image is a classical example of an ENSEMBLE. I have been seeing this image everyday and it slowly grew in me and finally I could feel the music in it, how every single element individually as well as in togetherness created an amazing music for the heart. This is so very important to understand in every art form, this balance of all the elements working together and yet having their individual space brings so much life in what we see or hear. I did not see this image as a butterfly or a flower image or even a habitat for the butterfly at all. I felt that when nature arranges such an ensemble like this, the music or the poetry in visual opens up an amphora of happiness. SPLENDID buddy :-).
