I loved this image a lot. Out of focus parthenium is adding to the image rather than obstructing.

The Parthenium acts a nice gossamer curtain holding the view behind it in a delicate way, and I can almost feel myself want to move my hand to the monitor to brush aside this veil to get a clearer view. The complete lack of definition of the parthenium is the key here I guess, as I can convince myself on anything about the texture of the foreground. Light just like in the other October series is divine!

Out of focus foreground is just too good. Arati has used the right word 'purdah'. Beautiful light and other elements along with 'purdah' makes this image to be remembered for a long time..
