Hey Praveen a fantastic image with the title going so well with it. You can't tell birds from the foliage . Must've been a difficult pan but you got what you wanted..unity!

Sampan Mori, Zindabaad....like the square crop. Nirlep, these pans are just cake walk :-)...the photographer does not have much control over how the frame would finally look. The look depends on how close is the flock to the tree, their height of flight, the openings in the tree etc. Once you know which tree works well and which flock flies at what height, all you do is keep panning, try various shutters, focal lengths and one can end up with some very interesting images like this one. I like the squared crop a lot. In fact myself and Praveen were doing this together, RD too was there I guess. I was experimenting to see if including a thick lower branch of the tree works or not. We discussed that it was adding confusion ( Praveen's thoughts ), in fact we discussed many things :-). It was a good evening....
