Soham, I think along with the color another visual element with some more definition may enhance the impact in this case. When we forms and shapes beyond colors it may be worth pondering over how forms and shapes and their definition interact with portrayed emotions - just my thoughts.

Ganesh and Swapnil , thanks for the appreciation. Ganesh. I have uploaded another version of the image where the shapes is more defined, but I personally felt the image lack the smoothness of color, which was actually my primary objective. I will be glad to hear your views on this.

Soham, but for the right sepal of the flower (which got separated) I think the one on Flickr works better for me..

for my senses, this image appealed more than the one in flickr.
