... its about being there and knowing who you are.
Hello everyone ... hows life going on at CNP. Guess its been a very long while since i was here. A visit back here feels so much back home. Damn missed all these since a while now. I had been off exploring and doing a bit of work on other forms/genres of photography and things there kept me really busy. But going back to the nature studio this morning made me realise what i really missed not doing much of nature photography and especially interacting with all you creative minds here at CNP. Guess I wont be doing that mistake again of going far from here which is def not good for myself ;)

Wow... nice comeback image, Shiva.
Nirlep, did you miss the damselfly there ?

Love the way the damsel's world is shown shared by bigger pond heron. Did you purposefully made sure the beak is touched to damselfly?
TFS.

SHIVA! It took me a while to see the entire image buddy, but what a way to present the subjects. This image has a high probability of being dismissed by those in favor of a quick salvation, but when you fight the urge to move on and "study" the image its only then that you are rewarded, and even that is in phases first by the blur and then by the miniature. Not sure if there is something else too, but welcome back. We did miss your presence.
A creative mind is contagious and we all need some inspiration every now and then.

Thanks a lot folks :)

At first i thought i would have a title/description which would talk about both the subjects in the frame. But later thought would leave a cryptic title to do the job. Apparently i had quite a few compositions but this one worked for me. I wanted to see if a person viewing the image and recognise the bird follows its contour to figure out there is a damselfly too. (Samyak i think you got my answer)
