Converting to sepia is a brilliant decision Nevil !! I think cropping foreground about 50% and making it a pano will make better composition. Further I think focal point for this image is trees at the back so going for a pano crop which excludes about 50% of foreground make strengthen the composition further. Thanks for sharing..

Nice image Nevil. Liked those trees. Agree with you on choice of sepia. Ganesh's pano suggestion seems nice. I was also wondering about splitting the image vertically & the left part of the image with the 4 trees + the complete FG cud make an interesting vertical frame too IMHO.

I like the vertical feel of the image. The foreground looks like network of roots underneath.
