Loved the Chiaroscuro effect, the motion makes it so special. I think we grossly underestimate our beautiful spotted deer, wish there a good body of work on the chital.

Totally agree with VMR about the effect. How did you manage to make it so still in the dark?

Actually I like this better than the leopard image you posted earlier Daanish. Personally I would still consider keeping the context slightly opened up. The total darkness/spotlight works better/natural for the images made at night (for my taste buds).

Daanish - since I have seen the original image in cases like these it would be good if you analyze the light situation and expose it in a manner that this comes out of your camera and minimal processing is needed. Nice image nevertheless

Thankyou all for your valuable comments. I've darkened it mainly by using the 'burn tool' on Photoshop. I look at these images less as natural pictures or those used to express emotions. Rather, I think these make that part of my collection which are just supposed to look nice and attractive in the creative and artistic sense. Thankyou for your valuable critiques once again!
