Hi Abhijit, Cropping off a small portion from the bottom (eliminating the bright brown forest floor on the LHS bottom) may help. I feel it is distracting. Was there a charge when you took this image? TFS.

Thanks Hrishi for the comment. I would miss the trunk if I crop the bottom portion which I feel adds something to the image.. I think I can slightly tone down that bright part and see how it works.. This was not actually a charge, but the herd was following us.. This is a full frame image with just increase in saturation and color adjustment to give that painting feel.

Well done Abhijit! Rest of the definition happens in our mind. I think square crop excluding the tip of the trunk upto bright region on the left) may be more powerful (for my taste buds of course)..

Thanks Ganesh.. I think I have to move out of my comfort zone and look at compositions beyond rectangular frames.. Thanks for the input..
