Hi Ganesh... the image has not been shot with a TS. However I have a confession to make. While shooting the image I was finding the sky very bland. As an experiment, I just decided to cover the top of the lens hood with my little finger in order to get a deliberate out of focus gradient in the sky which gives the final impact when converted to black and white.

What a brilliant frame Shivang! I am wondering what is 'more' important - time spent in the field or creative imagination - in producing a picture like this? Would love to have inputs from others as well.

Rashan, my I think it is ones own decision! One may just want to spend/enjoy being/spending time in nature or more interested in creatively freezing moments of nature..

Sure Ganesh. I think I need to rephrase my question. I meant to ask " What contributes more to the creation of such frames - is it time spent on the field or the ability to visualize creatively? " For example, would a highly creative person, who's spent very little time with lions and/or in the Savannah, be able to create such a picture?

Roshan... I think spending time on the field and your subjects makes you think more to create images that look fresh. I have seen this in my personal photography that at times a long break leads to me taking some time to get in the groove. However at the end of the day it is important you need to go out and enjoy nature and with that positive frame of mind the creative cells work best.
