Welcome to CNP Dhaivat. A fine image to start with. It is interesting to see how you have kept the egret in complete silhouette. Division of the water is what makes this image special for me. I think a bit wider view would have also been nice.

The bird was dark grey, so it was easy to turn it to silhouette..
I did try the landscape composition, but I found vertical better as apart from this water formation there was no drama in the water and in slower shutter that came as plain surface which didnt appeal me.

Dear Ganesh Sir, I am happy that you liked this image. I had tried with slower shutter speed too, but as I wasnt carrying tripod, most of the images blurred in that case plus I couldn't manage with the exposure and most of the details were burning out. I will keep trying and learning & you please keep guiding

Beautiful image as opening shot. In my opinion left side of the frame is grabbing more attention due to overwhelming white on the crest. Personally I'm ok with the speed and believe the whites have room for texture to bring out character in the tubmbling wave.
