Ramesh, i like blurs and its suggestions, like the abstract patterns and colours here, but also wondering if a little bit of defination on the bird, with a hint of either beak or legs or something to identify it by, would give a visual anchor by way of recognition for the eye to rest on and then move on..? just my thoughts??ive found that its extremely difficult to get the intended amount of blur, with a lot of trial and error, but of course, you may have intended it a little differently i presume?

Thanks Neelu for your comments. Blurred wings would give an idea of the bird, isn't it? I agree with you. It is difficult to balance definition and blur. That too in fading lights it is all the more challenging :) What I liked here was the contrast of whites of the egret with the steely tones of river waters.

This is a fine creation, Rameshji! Love the blur, and magic in the tone. Its a joy to watch these kind of images. You can keep staring at for hours. TFS.

Prashanth

Yes, I too like the contrast of what and balancing darker region above. Just wondering if cropping 1/3 pixels at the top would further emphasize this.. A fine image Ramesh..

Thanks, Prashanth and Ganesh. Cropping the top blur would definitely emphasize the bird but on the other hand, cramps it a bit for space, Ganesh.
