Hi Samyak,
The fuzzy feel is good. As marker of progress even the road would suffice. Wish the truck was a bit distant. That white streak on the left can be removed. About the title "little gained, much more lost"; it leaves no room for me to wander in the frame. In my opinion title should be suggestive with room for subjective interpretation. For example we could've used just "progress?" or something similar.
Thanks for sharing

I thought color would portray the monsoon mood very well, looks like monochrome can cut it too ! Just love the mood here Swapnil. The amount of details (or loss of it) appears just perfect.. One of the interesting issues with this kind of subtle creations is the printing challenge. I often have problem getting my subtle images printed appropriately - either by me (so I end up wasting lots of expensive papers) or by magazines I contribute my images too. A little shift is intensity level will render the whole creation meaningless. Try making a few prints of your B&W images, it is worth an experience !

thanks a lot nirlep sir , about the title, i guess i myslef thought too much about the image and titled it that way, i guess imparting selfthoughts to an image sometimes leads to many other ways to think , which I should avoid......i wanted the truck to be far, but since i clicked it from moving car couldnt change the compo, thought of zooming out, windshield added up, so.....
thanks for the feedback ganesh , havent yet tried printing pics, but i'll surely try soon , seen ur art pics in saevus ,and they look magnificent and mesmerizing :)
