An interesting perspective here. I think this is a single exposure with out of focus flamingo relatively very close by ?

Yes, Ganeshsir and KB,
This is indeed single exposure where the near by Flamingo is out of focus and the conglomeration at horizon is in focus, to create the visual interest in the frame...

Picture in Picture ,but still a single exposure,Perfect example of selective focusing and still making it stand out.
