I remember this place! I was awed by the reflections on the distant sands when I first saw it myself. Increased greens in the cold desert is indeed concerning though...

@ sandeep, i do have portrait compo but i have enough of them on CNP, so uploaded this.

@ pramod, increased greens does'nt matter but ALL green i would certainly mind.

@ praveen, that was on my way to tso moriri lake in ladakh, somewhere near chumathang.

Nevil,Beautiful patterns on the mountain side,I loved the composition.
I wonder how it would look if you saturated the greens a bit more and increased the intensity of the blacks.

thanks prithvi. that's a good suggestion to increase feel of the harsher light but here i wanted to have softer feel esp. on the backdrop to show its a natural colour and not due to direct sun-light.

Loved this image in every way. Those patterns in the slope and its subtle colours aid the trees in front so aptly.
