Hi Ramesh,
Love this shot for the sheer poignance of the moment. A small branch has imprint of life all over it; the ones departed, ones about to depart, ones just arrived. All that on one tiny cusp. Beautiful!
Thanks for sharing

hmm good one. Has a strange ink painting quality to it. Well done

Art is about what is inside rather than what is outside

This has a very subtle mood in it for my taste buds Ramesh - but not sure whether it is renewal (that bud being very small). I kind of seem to relate this to an "old memory" or a "events (those breaks in the leaves) in distant past" ? Very subtle, I am unable to explain or articulate. May be that is what art is all about - you can feel it but can't express it clearly...

Thanks Nirlep, Rajkumar and Ganesh for your views.

Nirelp, you have vocalized all my feelings of this image very succinctly. Thanks.

Ganesh, I felt even though the bud is small, it is in a position to catch viewer's attention and can stand up to the larger weather beaten oldies. And, the word "Renewal" conveyed hope for the future. I debated about the title too and then settled on this. My effort in recent few images has been to capture the theme of the image in a word or a phrase and leave all details to the viewer's imagination. It is a work in progress, I guess:)
