An interesting effect here Jayesh, Purposefully you might not have shared all the details about the subject, but I would love to know more about the image :)

I love this image. I do not know how controlled it was to get this effect but whatever you have here is just awesome. The motion effect is working for me. Wud love to know how the image was made. :)

Sincerely apology ( forgetting to reveal the details of the capture...)

I took this image at 5.40 am in Pangot.

F 5.6
Speed 1/25s
ISO 1600
Shutter priority mode.

I cloned out of focus tree in front of the bird as i liked the greenish black Bg with streaks within.
Minimally enhanced the motion blur in PP & despeckeled the image in last.

Suggestions welcome....

Thanking you again...

Regd,

Jayesh.

Jayesh, I thought you excluded details to present us with a puzzle and waiting for us to tell how you made this :) I was confused by the green light you got on the traces of the birds. How did you manage that ? Very nice effect indeed.

brilliant image and lovely colors. I would call this as one of the best pans I have seen. The image is even wonderful as the shape of the birds is both wonderfully represented and yet is still a pleasant blurr.

I think now I am clear to comment on the images, initially I could not fathom any clear thoughts, having seen Slaty headed parakeets and their sizes I can visualise that you attempted a pan probably trying to pull off something like Frans Lanting. This images stands out mainly for the lovely movement across, you have used motion blur well here, but it would have been nice if it was out of the box.

Jayesh, Very nice effect here. I loved the diagonal streaks and birds in their greens. Very well done.
