The detail on the green leaf is decreasing the impact conveyed in the title Ravi
Love the slender thin pose of the ant as it readies herself to climb the leaf..
Pure B&W might increase the impact

Just like the varied views we have here!! Personally i liked to have hint of colors rather than pure B&W in these Silhouettes (I have posted 2 pics on 'Light n life' theme earlier). Another picture which i will post in coming days will have prominent background color.

@Nilanjanda - I do agree that slightly more Green on left bottom would have added further. May be as you suggested for my earlier pic, slight fill in flash could have been used to avoid dark patch.
