Thank you Nirlep, VMR, Vikram, NilanjanDa, and Neelu
Nirlep - let me try darker flowers - an interesting thought. for me the sunlight catching the white flowers and fresh leaves, a sure sign of spring, was what attracted me.
VMR: Oh and how i long to see my muse again too
As for the ID ... it is a Bignoniaceae - the Padri tree. I want to also extend this study to a proper write up on the cycle in that fantastic forest. Let's see how this series unfolds ... am planning to do one a day.
Vikram: thank you, it's as much a mystery to me... going to get the mood of the forest rule the series.
Nilanjan Da: What a hilarious comment, Da... Why did you force yourself?! That was not my intention at all *laughing* ... My Sms merely was meant to tell you of the start of the series and that your comments in general are always interesting and frank... and sure they are! hahaha. No sweat, no need for apologies. And TOTALLY ok that it didnt resonate. I post images that give me pleasure - i have no control over anyone else nor any expectations! And I apologise if the sms *forced* you.
Neelu: You have been with me on many of these trips - and we have both marveled at the muted tones. the browns and reds in BR HIlls captivate me. And within a few days of rain they disappear behind the greens. it is fascinating. i am hoping my love for the forest shows through this series.
Thanks all for your views and comments,
A
